Errol Lawson

We are delighted to announce that Errol Lawson will be joining us as a guest speaker at our 3rd Trust Conference and will be delivering a session titled 'The Art of Being Brilliant'. 

Behind the grin is a compelling story of misspent youth when Errol’s life was ruled by gangs, crime and drugs. Not only did he claw his way back to the right side, Errol has gone on to become a successful entrepreneur, author, ordained minister and sought-after motivational speaker.

Errol is a case study in personal responsibility. He weaves the ‘Art of Being Brilliant’ messages into his own story with the aim of inspiring young people, leaders and business owners to be courageous, aim high, achieve and actively make an impact on their community. It might be too bold of us to proclaim Errol as the ‘best motivational speaker for teenagers in the UK’, but to mash-up a Brian Clough quote, we reckon he’s in a small group of one.

But that’s not all! Errol is also a best-selling author. He has delivered his ‘5 core leadership abilities’ workshop to rave reviews in business and education. Always entertaining and 100% authentic, Errol’s versatility means he can deliver anything from a 40 minute keynote through to a full day workshop.

Outside of work Errol is the doting dad of two little girls with his superpowers bolstered by making the Birmingham Post’s ‘Power 250’ list as “One of the most powerful and influential people in the Midlands”.
