Leigh Trust School Improvement Leads
Jaz Dhillon and Serena Caine are responsible for working alongside headteachers, senior leaders and teachers to improve educational standards and pupil outcomes across all Trust schools.
They are instrumental in the development of the Trust curriculum and professional development programme for staff.
They ensure that school improvement initiatives are implemented successfully into schools and support school leaders in self-evaluation, curriculum design and the improvement of teaching and learning pedagogy. They also work with the Trust’s School Lead Practitioners and deploy them to work collaboratively with staff to improve practice.
